Feminine life cycle coaching is a specialised coaching approach that acknowledges and supports women through various stages of their life, including puberty, menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, post natally, motherhood and beyond. 

This coaching aims to empower women by addressing physical, emotional and lifestyle changes specific to each life stage, fostering personal growth and enhancing overall wellbeing.

  1. Menstrual Health Education: providing information about menstrual health, including understanding menstrual cycles and its 4 phases, hormonal changes, tracking  and managing associated challenges. 
  2. Fertility support: Assisting individuals in understanding their fertility, optimizing reproductive health and navigating family planning decisions.
  3. Pregnancy support: Supporting women during pregnancy with guidance on physical well-being, emotional preparation and overall health for a positive pregnancy experience. 
  4. Post Natal Support: offering assistance in the post natal period, addressing physical recovery, emotional well-being and adjusting to the challenges of motherhood

5. Hormonal Balance: Assisting in understanding and managing horonal fluctuations throughout different life stages, promoting hormonal balane for overall well-being.

We are misinformed

Women are continuously misinformed and uneducated about menstruation, starting from a young age and there are many reasons for this:

  1. Females have been faced with historical stigma and taboos causing a lack of open conversation which has hindered accurate education and perpetuated myths.
  2. Societal norms have contributed to a culture of silence around menstruation. Many societies consider discussions about menstruation to be private or even taboo. 
  3. School curriculums may not always provide comprehensive information about reproductive health, including menstruation. Limited or outdated educational materials can contribute to misconceptions. 
  4. Some families may find it challenging to discuss menstruation openly due to cultural or personal reasons, leaving young individuals without accurate information. 
  5. Media portrayal of menstruation is often sensationalised or inaccurate, contributing to misconeptions. This can create unrealistic expectations or foster shame around a natural biological process.
  6. In some regions or communities, access to accurate healthcare information may be limited, contributing to misinformation about periods.

We take a deep dive into all the systems of the body and how they are functioning,your previous medical history from birth and assess lifestyle factors to build a picture of your current health. I take a detailed look into your menstruation history and any symptoms you are experiencing to find any root cause of your issues.

Keeping you accountable, talking through wins and falls and adjusting your sails to move forward, tailoring your coaching plan to your needs. 

Health Coaching Home evaluation (post consultation) £60

1 x 90 min face to face appointment in your own home. An evaluation to identify factors that may be influencing your health 

What is included:

  • Home Toxin evaluation
  • Identifying factors in your home that may be harming your health
  • Diary and time management.
  • Looking at your schedule to free up time and add in new habits for achieving your goals
  • Advice on skincare, make up, toiletries, cleaning products, cookware, plastics, water and other toxins in the home.

Wellbeing Revive Package £220

This plan has been designed for those who may only have a small goal to reach or those who want to a taster of what health coaching is all about. 

It is a 4-week program to get you thinking about your life goals and those health habits that you may want to lose or improve upon. With an opportunity to upgrade to other plans, The Wellbeing Revive Package is a great start in regaining your health and seeing some fast results. They say it takes 21 days for habits to stick, and so this plan is all you need. 

What is included:

- 1 x 15 min initial phone consultation

- 1 x 120 min one to one new client consultation.

- A clear vision of what you want to achieve.

- Personalised Coaching action plan emailed after each session

- 3 x 60 min one to one health coaching sessions

- Follow up coaching plan after each health coaching session.

The Wellness Unleashed Package gives you that extra bit of support and accountability to ensure that you stay on track and motivated on your health journey.

This plan introduces a home evaluation, personal message support and check ins to ensure that you reach those goals and stay motivated.

- 1 x 120 min one to one new client consultation.

- 6 x 60 min one to one health coaching session

- A Personalised Coaching action plan emailed after each session.
